声波与超声波换能器是机电或声电换能器。它们将电能转换为振动,用于产生机械能、声能或甚至热能。声波换能器在声频范围内进行操作,而超声波转换器在20千赫或以上进行操作。换能器通常是能互相转换的装置:大多数换能器可以用作传感器或机电转换的发生器。本节仅做驱动或发射模式介绍。这种换能器的转换通常基于压电,磁致伸缩或磁力。
最常规的方法在于使用这样的力来激发机械共振。在相同的电激发下,在共振下的振动是低频振动乘以在共振下的机械品质因数。这种方法能实现高效并降低激励电压。另一种方式是产生受迫振动。受迫振动导致大频率带宽,并且减少对负载变化的敏感度。
一般的超声换能器也称为工业超声波处理器通常是基于3个半波谐振器的谐振结构:一个压电转换器,一个增幅器和一个焊头。它们用于超声波焊接,研磨,清洗,雾化或超声波辅助钻孔,挤压,均化,过滤器清堵... CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES可以使用标准转换器制定解决方案。通常也为客户定制适用于负载的焊头,如下所示。
