磁力促动器&电机

磁力促动器通过磁效应产生的力作用到促动器内运动部件上。

第一大类的磁力促动器基于磁力隔空作用,如拉普拉斯洛伦兹力和磁阻力。线性促动器提供1至20mm的行程,与压电促动器互补。他们可以被分为3个类别:

  • 移动线圈促动器:放置在静磁场中,由电流驱动的移动线圈受拉普拉斯洛伦兹力控制。这个力与所施加的电流成正比。因此,这些促动器是可控的。由于它最初的应用为扩音喇叭,所以也被称为音圈。CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES开发的高性能音圈(也称为移动线圈)和LAT有限转角转矩促动器可用于各种汽车,工业和航空航天应用。
  • 动磁促动器:放置于两个磁体的磁极之间,可动永磁体的磁极可以通过线圈来切换。这种动磁促动器为双稳态。它们提供非常高的力,但可控性略逊。CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES 已经开发了用于锁定和触觉应用的微型设备。
  • 动铁促动器:放入线圈系统中的软磁部分以最小化该系统磁能的方式自然移动。在标准电磁下,此磁阻力大于拉普拉斯力,它是有吸引力的,但是不可控的。由CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES开发的新型MICA动铁式可控永磁促动器是一种创新的偏置(偏振)电磁促动器,其磁力可以沿行程逆转。它用于振动生成或在嵌入式应用中作为主动阻尼。它能提供比压电促动器更大的行程。它比任何移动线圈促动器提供的力都要高并且发热少得多。 

磁力促动器的第二个大类是基于磁控的活性物质。CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES 有以下两种类型用于创新设备:

  • 磁致伸缩促动器:这些促动器使用磁致伸缩效应,即受到磁场作用时磁致伸缩材料发生变形。例如铽镝-D的磁致伸缩变形达到1600ppm,这使得该活性物质在高功率换能器或低压促动器中能与PZT压电陶瓷媲美。
  • 磁流变液促动器:在磁场作用下,磁流变液(MRF)可以凝固。这种效果可以用于设计各种基于MRF的促动器:阀门,刹车,离合器,半主动阻尼器,智能流体静力/流体动力轴承... 

磁力促动器的第三大类为电动机也称为旋转电机。CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES 提供计算所有尺寸电机的服务,但只开发小型电机,如无刷直流电机(BLDC)和步进电机。
