压电电机与电子器件

压电电机是高精度和高自锁力的线性或旋转电机。这些特性使得它们适合于长行程微定位应用。

在空间应用程序或精密仪器项目的背景下,CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES 通过改造/测试标准压电电机或通过开发新的原创概念来试验出不同类型的压电电机:

  • 尺蠖压电电机:这些电机以压电定子准静态步进来驱动第二构件为基础的。它们有良好的可控性,但是速度慢(<10mm/ s)及多阶段费用昂贵。CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES已经在第一批LPM直线压电电机(用于CNES法国航天局的项目)或RPM PHP旋转压电电机(用于ESA欧洲航天局的项目)上进行了试验。
  • 超声波马达(USM):这些电机基于定子的超声波振动(通常为椭圆形并使用共振)来驱动第二构件(作为转子)。它们速度快(>100毫米/ 秒),具有中等的可控性和对负荷及环境变化敏感的特点。其电子装置非常复杂,能够跟踪共振。CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES 的LPM20-3宇航级线性压电电机是一个多模式的超声波马达(MMUM)。由于CNES和EADS的项目, 此电机为真空兼容和宇航级。旋转压电电机,如为欧空局(ESA)提供的RPA以及CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES 使用此概念开发的低转速大扭矩的磁致伸缩旋转电机。CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES 还为Shinsei改造出了空间兼容的行波超声电机(TWUM)。
