SMAC Actuators

These linear magnetic actuators (CAL, LAL & LAS models)  perform displacements of several millimetres (up to 150 mm) with a high precision (down to 0.5 microns). The linear displacement can also be combined with a precise rotation (LAR models) thanks to an additional brush motor and an angular encoder.

Description
CAL12 series of Electric Cylinders have been designed to offer a long life cycle and much more precise and repeatable force control and positioning, and are the first linear motors to challenge conventional LVDT devices.

Linear Actuator - LAL series

Description
The LAL series are linear actuators equipped with a moving rod, which acts like a finger. The LAL series include the LAL10, LAL15, LAL20, LAL30, LAL35, LAL55, LAL95, LAL300 models.
Performances
For the whole of the LAL series, the max stroke varies from 10 mm to 150 mm and the max force from 4 N to 200 N with a resolution of higher than 5 microns.
