All our amplifier boards are designed to be integrated within Table Top Powered Racks and to drive Piezo Actuators in the range -20/+150V. We offer two families of amplifier: either linear amplifier or switching power.
Note that we also provide OEM amplifier boards for embedded applications.
This family includes the CA45 standalone amplifier and the LA75 series amplifier boards. Linear amplifiers offer the most usual solution to drive piezo actuators. They are dedicated to capacitive loads drive, like piezo actuators, with extremely low noise.
The switching power amplifiers can perform either linear continuous state or purely ON/OFF states on piezo actuators with extremly fast actuations. The SA75D is the most powerfull amplifier working in continuous mode on the market. The SA75 serie is a new high power amplifier boards dedicated to the applications that demand a high reactive power (anti-vibration, fatigue tests, machining, etc.) across sectors such as aeronautics, material science and production. Using high frequency PWM with a specific topology for piezo-electric loads, the SA75 offer a high power in continuous mode and a very low ripple. These special features make the SA75 amplifiers perfect for driving high capacitance loads, like the powerfull piezo actuators of ranges L and XL. Special configuration are available with multi-output configuration for parallel testing benches.
The SP75 serie is a 2-state power driving board. It integrates logical inputs for easy implementation.
The CA45 is a bipolar (-20 / +150 V) low cost and low noise compact single channel linear amplifier for driving low voltage piezoelectric actuators.
The CA45 is a standalone one channel amplifier encased in a RK12 small rack, and can be equiped with feedback sensors in order to provide a closed loop control.
