CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES offers a range of electronic amplifiers and controllers to drive both in open and closed loop in an optimal manner its own range of piezo actuators, magnetic actuators, fast steering mirrors and piezo motors. These amplifiers & controllers are available either integrated in powered 19” sub-rack (mainly for laboratory & factory use) or integrated in DC powered OEM board & box (mainly for embedded applications).

The new generation of compact amplifiers CAuxx for piezo actuators includes PCB interfaces with standard connectors. The Compact Controller Boards CCBu20 and CCBu40 are embedded all-in-one 2 push pull channel controllers.
The Graphical User Interface to modify the parameters of the CCBuxx are similar to the UC digital controllers that can be downloaded on the dedicated page.
The CAu10 is a unipolar (5V..150V) miniature linear amplifier with low noise and low cost features. A SPI digital to analogue converter is able to convert 12 bits words in analogue signal for the linear amplifier. Optional inputs can be connected if necessary to shunt the SPI bus and send directly the analogue order on the linear amplifiers.

The Compact Controller Board CCBu40 is an embedded all-in-one controller for piezo actuators. It features everything to drive and control a 2 axis piezo-mechanism in position loop. In standard, its integrated dual channel SG conditioner allows reading the position of the two axis of the mechanism. A powerful processor realizes closed-loop control at high refresh rate, and the controller can be tuned by the user with the HDPM45 interface. Thanks to a compact design and powerful amplifier channels, it is relevant for embedded dynamic applications, or industrial applications where the volume constraint and power requirement is an issue. The Graphical User Interface to modify the parameters of the CCBu40 is similar to the UC digital controllers that can be downloaded on the dedicated page.

In standard, its integrated dual channel SG conditioner allows reading the position of the two axis of the mechanism. A powerful processor realizes closed-loop control at high refresh rate, and the controller can be tuned by the user with the HDPM45 interface. Thanks to a compact design, it has dimensions of only 91x77x37mm, making it suitable for embedded applications, or industrial applications where the volume is an issue.
