Piezo Tip Tilt - DTT60SM-SG

Description

The piezo tip tilt DTT60SM-SG generates 2 rotations around axis X (tip) and Y (tilt). It includes strain gages (SG) positioning sensors and their build-in SG conditioner electronic board for higher resolution and positioning control robustness in embedded and field applications. The optical deflection angle can reach up 1.2° with mirror up to 2 inches diameter.

Max Angular stroke > 10 mrad; Unloaded resonance frequency > 1,750 Hz; Dimensions < 60mm diameter*40 mm height

Description
